When a factory restore or reload of the Windows operating system is required, the repair time can vary widely per machine. For these repairs we provide a fixed price, which covers the work and our time, so you know exactly how much your repair will cost. The price will be the standard call charge for your area, plus the fixed price for your repair (we do not charge you an additional fee to return your machine).
We reserve the right to charge an additional fee to backup and restore your data, or perform additional onsite work such as install your printer or install additional programs and software after a Windows reload.
We always install all the latest Windows updates, feature updates and App updates.
This ensures that your computer has all the latest security updates and is completely up to date on return.

Pirate software is illegal. The customer is responsible for supplying a valid licence or COA for software reloads. We will not provide pirate versions of Windows, Microsoft Office or any other software, so please do not ask.

We visit you at your home or office to diagnose and fix your problems, saving you the inconvenience of unplugging everything and bringing it to us. The vast majority of repairs are performed onsite, although certain time-intensive repairs will be performed in our workshops for convenience.
Remote support is available, for computers that are able to boot up into Windows and have a fast internet connection, to fix certain problems. An appointment and visit are therefore not required and obviously your computer problem will be fixed much quicker.
