We take your data privacy seriously. We will never disclose any of your personal details or information to a third party. The only exception is when we are required by law to disclose your information to a government or federal agency.
PayPal Payment Information
When making a payment through our website, your details are entered directly into the secure PayPal website, not our site. The only details passed to us by PayPal are :
1) confirmation of your payment
2) who you are
3) where you are
4) what you have ordered.
Your credit or debit card details are never passed to us.
You will not find a long list of small print stuff here. As a services company, it is our primary goal to provide the best and most cost-effective repair service to our customers as possible. Very occasionally things can go wrong, but we will always do our absolute best to resolve any problems as quickly and amicably as possible.
We do have a few terms and conditions though, and we have listed them below.
All of the parts we replace as part of your repair will be brand new and are covered by a 1 year manufacturers warranty. Accidental damage is excluded. In the unlikely event that the parts we replaced develop a fault, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to resolve the problem. In very rare circumstances we may have no option but to use reconditioned or refurbished parts. You will always be informed about this before repair, and these parts are provided on an as-is basis and come with no warranty.
We do not sell software. If we reload your computer with Microsoft Windows, you must provide us with a valid license key. We do not provide license keys for any software. Reloads from factory restore media created on your computer will contain a valid license key for Windows. Factory restore media will only install the original version (and language) of Microsoft Windows that your computer was supplied with. For Windows 8 and above, devices with UEFI bios, the license key is electronically contained within the system board of the device, not provided on a COA label. All software faults are the responsibility of the software provider.
Payment by credit / debit card or PayPal.
If you paid electronically, and for whatever reason we need to refund you, the refund will be made electronically (not cash). We will refund you the total less 10%, to cover the charges we have paid to receive your original payment and process your refund. There are no refunds for booked Remote Support Services.
